Refund policy

Online Orders
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, and if you decide to do so it is super easy.
All returned items must be in a perfect, unworn and resellable condition, with tags and packaging included.
Please include your invoice with the reason for your return noted on it.
Your refund will come through within 10 days of your return landing at our Warehouse.

Hair Care products
Earrings
Underwear
Patches
Stickers
Badges

UK RETURNS 
Use your included pre-paid label and drop it off at the Post Office. Make sure they give you a receipt/proof of postage.
£3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return postage cost.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please send to DMG SCY RETURNS, UNIT 8 MASONS PLACE, DERBY, DE21 6YZ, UK.

Faulty/Damaged
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The best way to do this is to email service@dmg-scy.co.uk. If possible please provide pictures of the damage and make sure you include your order number.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively you may exchange in store, just pop in with your item and invoice. Be sure to choose something new that retails at the same price or higher because our stores can't give change against online purchases.

Refunds
Once your return is processed, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to show the refund.

In-Store Purchases
In store purchases must be returned in store. Our stores are happy to exchange any item that is accompanied by a valid receipt within 28 days of the original purchase date.
If you have a faulty item, please return to the store with the receipt and our staff will be happy to help.
