CONTENT CREATOR (Photography & Videography)
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid – mostly remote, approx. 1 day/week on-site)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly creative Content Creator specialising in photography and videography to join our team. This role goes beyond just shooting. You’ll play a key part in shaping our visual identity across e-commerce, lifestyle campaigns, and social media.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality content that reflects our brand, with a strong emphasis on alternative culture, style, and aesthetic.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture high-quality e-commerce product photography for internal brands
- Plan and execute lifestyle photoshoots (both photography and videography)
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to a high standard, aligned with brand aesthetics
- Follow and deliver against established creative direction and brand guidelines
- Contribute to creative direction, moodboarding, and campaign planning
- Support wider marketing efforts, including social media content creation and basic graphic design
- Assist in organising and managing content assets and shoot outputs
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required)
- Strong editing skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- A good eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Comfortable working across both photo and video formats
- Passionate about alternative culture, fashion, music, or subcultures
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Collaborative mindset with strong creative input
