Do you have any stores?

I have a gift card where can I spend it/check the balance?

 Currently we have two different types of gift card available, physical and digital. At this time physical cards can only be spent in store and likewise digital can only be used for online purchases. If you would like to change your balance from physical to digital or vice versa please contact us HERE

I have a loyalty card where can I spend it/check the balance?

Loyalty cards are currently for in-store use where you can collect points and check your balance. Find your nearest store HERE

How do I place an order?
1. Find what you fancy by browsing around or using the search bar if you know a product name.
2. Add it to your basket by clicking into a product or use the 'Buy It Now' option to checkout quickly. Select your size from the drop down, quantity and bag it! The size guide can be viewed in a pop up at the side of the page and will only show you the size guides relevant to that product. 
3.You can then either continue shopping or review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on basket symbol at the top of the page.
4. Once you're happy hit the 'Checkout' button to complete your order!
5. Accounts are optional but we recommend creating one so you have full access to your order history and tracking should you need it. You can always set up and account retrospectively if you wish- please contact us HERE if you need any assistance.
How do I pay?
We accept all major debit/credit cards including AMEX, you can also check out using Google/Apple Pay or PayPal if you wish. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept telephone payments.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Of course as long as your order has not been processed yet, contact us HERE to send us a message and let us know what you need to change or cancel. Be sure to include your order number. If your order has already shipped but you no longer require it, please follow the returns procedure instead.
What do I do if there's an issue with my order when it's arrived?
If you have an issue with your order such as an incorrect item, a missing item, or a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible HERE
How do I return an item/when will I receive my refund?
Fill out the form included in your original package, and stick it in the post with your item(s) using the free UK returns label included. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns outside of the UK at this time; we recommend using your local postal service's tracked option when returning things from overseas. You can get an exchange or refund from any item within 28 days of receiving your order. We can only accept items that have been unworn, unwashed and are in their original packaging with tags.
You will be notified when your return has been approved and a refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 days from issue depending on your payment method and who you bank with.

Can you deliver to me?
We ship worldwide so wherever you are in the world, rest assured we can get your order to you. We currently use Royal Mail and their partners for all orders whether in the UK or elsewhere. Due to Brexit we have temporarily suspended our services to EU member states, we hope to be able to offer these services again soon.
